Revocation – Cancel contract

Do you wish to cancel your order? As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 30 days of receiving the goods, without stating any reasons. On this page, you can declare your withdrawal directly online.

Important note: The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods (e.g., fresh baklava and other fresh confectionery) or to sealed food products whose seal has been removed after delivery. You can find details in our Cancellation Policy.

How to cancel in 2 steps

  1. Step 1: Enter your name and order number below – or use your customer account.
  2. Step 2: Confirm your cancellation by clicking on “Submit binding cancellation now”. You will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email.

Option 1: Via your customer account (recommended)

Log in with the email address you used for the order – no password is required, you will receive a login code by email. Then select the relevant order and request cancellation or return. You will automatically receive a confirmation email.

Option 2: Cancellation form (without login)

Upon receipt of your cancellation, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email. Alternatively, you can also declare your cancellation informally by email to info@back-lava.mom.
